Tăng cường giáo dục tài chính nhằm thúc đẩy tài chính toàn diện tại Việt Nam

Đẩy mạnh tài chính toàn diện ở Việt Nam được Chính phủ đề ra trong Quyết định số 149/QĐ-TTg, “Phê duyệt chiến lược tài chính toàn diện quốc gia đến năm 2025, định hướng 2030”. Trong đó, giáo dục tài chính (GDTC) được xác định là một trong những giải pháp trụ cột. Trong phạm vi bài viết, tác giả làm rõ các nội dung về GDTC và vai trò của GDTC đối với sự phát triển tài chính toàn diện, đồng thời đánh giá hoạt động GDTC gắn với phát triển tài chính toàn diện ở Việt Nam trong thời gian vừa qua. Từ đó, đề xuất một số khuyến nghị nhằm tăng cường tài chính toàn diện ở Việt Nam trong thời gian tới.

Abstract
Promoting financial inclusion in Vietnam was introduced by the Government of Vietnam in Decision No. 149/QD-TTg dated January 22, 2020, on ratification of the national financial inclusion strategy to 2025, with a vision to 2030. Accordingly, financial education is identified as one of the pillar solutions. Within the scope of the article, the author clarified the academic contents of financial education and the role of financial education in financial development. At the same time, the article evaluated financial education activities associated with financial development and financial inclusion in Vietnam in recent times. Lastly, some recommendations in the coming time were proposed to enhance financial inclusion in Vietnam.
