Bài viết tập trung nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng cấu trúc tổ chức và nhận thức của sự bất ổn của môi trường doanh nghiệp đến cấu trúc kiểm soát nội bộ (KSNB) trong các doanh nghiệp bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ tại Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu dựa trên tổng quan và khung lý thuyết ngẫu nhiên trong các tổ chức, khuôn khổ kiểm soát nội bộ (KSNB) của COSO 2013. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu phân tích nhân tố EFA, phương trình cấu trúc (SEM) để kiểm định mô hình, giả thuyết nghiên cứu và mức độ ảnh hưởng của các nhân tố đến cấu trúc KSNB. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng có 2 nhân tố tác động trực tiếp đến cấu trúc KSNB và tác động gián tiếp đến tính hữu KSNB thông quan biến cấu trúc KSNB. Qua đó, tác giả đề xuất một số khuyến nghị nhằm nâng cao KSNB trong các doanh nghiệp bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ.

Abstract:
The article focuses on studying the influence of organizational structure and perception of instability of the corporate environment on the structure of internal control in non-life insurance enterprises in Vietnam. The study is based on an overview and random theoretical framework in organizations, the internal control framework (KSNB) of COSO 2013. The study uses the research method of factor analysis EFA, structural equations (SEM) ) to test the model, research hypothesis and the degree of influence of factors on the structure of internal control. The research results show that there are 2 factors that directly affect the structure of internal control and indirectly affect the usefulness of internal control through the structure variable of internal control. Thereby, the author proposes some recommendations to improve internal control in non-life insurance enterprises.
