Tóm tắt: Bản thuyết minh Báo cáo tài chính (BCTC) là một bộ phận không thể tách rời của BCTC doanh nghiệp. Bài báo tóm tắt ý nghĩa, vai trò của Bản thuyết minh BCTC. Đồng thời, trình bày một số nhận xét về thực trạng quy định hiện hành, thực hiện tại các doanh nghiệp và đưa ra các kiến nghị hoàn thiện bản thuyết minh BCTC

Summary: The notes to the financial statements are an integral part of the corporate financial statements. The article summarizes the meaning and role of the Financial Statement Notes. At the same time, present some comments on the current state of regulations, implemented at enterprises and make recommendations to improve the notes to the financial statements.
