Các giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng thực tập tốt nghiệp cho sinh viên ngành kế toán tại Trường Đại học An Giang

Tóm tắt

Thực tập tốt nghiệp (TTTN) là phần vô cùng quan trọng và không thể thiếu đối với sinh viên ngành kế toán, nó là bước đệm để các em chuyển tiếp từ giai đoạn học lý thuyết sang làm việc thực tế được tốt hơn và tự tin hơn. Bài viết này, tác giả tóm lược lại những vai trò của việc TTTN đối với sinh viên ngành kế toán. Ngoài ra, tác giả cũng đưa ra những điểm còn hạn chế từ việc TTTN của sinh viên. Từ đó, bằng phương pháp lập luận logic kết hợp kinh nghiệm giảng dạy của bản thân, tác giả đưa ra các giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng thực tập cho sinh viên ngành kế toán tại Trường ĐH An Giang.

Abstract

Graduation internship is an extremely important and indispensable part of accounting students. It is a stepping stone for them to change from the theoretical stage to the practical work better and become more confident. In this article, the author summarizes the role of graduate internships for accounting students. In addition, the author also points out the shortcomings of the graduate internship of accounting students at the An Giang university. Since then, by the method of logical reasoning combined with the author's own teaching experience, the author offers solutions to improve the quality of internships for accounting students at An Giang University.
