Để đảm bảo hiệu lực và hiệu quả các hoạt động tính tin cậy của thông tin và tuân thủ pháp luật hiện hành, các doanh nghiệp (DN) đòi hỏi phải xây dựng hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ (KSNB) phù hợp. Một hệ thống KSNB phù hợp, đòi hỏi phải tính đến các yếu tố đặc thù của DN. Phạm vi bài viết, tập trung phân tích ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố đặc thù DN với việc thiết kế cấu trúc KSNB phù hợp.

Abstract

To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, the reliability of information and compliance with applicable laws, enterprises require an effective internal control system to be built. Building the right control system requires taking into account the unique characteristics of the business. The scope of the article focuses on analyzing the influence of business-specific factors on the design of an appropriate internal control structure of the enterprise.
